This book is very simple and easy but informative. It desribe competition diet, stage presence, and supplements. The workout routines are somewhat generic and basic, highlighting proper form and technique. Championship Bodybuilding does a good job describing different workouts for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced trainee. Great book for starter bodybuilders.
